I'm officially convinced that under this hot 30 year old body, there is an elderly woman. I spent the afternoon at the doctor. I've been having anxiety/panic attacks for the past couple of weeks. Total out of left field..no rhyme or reason, but I just get this sense of impending doom in my chest. Of course the hypochondriac in me had me convinced I was destined to drop dead at any moment...so off to the doctor I went.
After discussing my high cholesterol, high blood pressure, anxiety, possible hyperactive thyroid and heart palpitations, I am CONVINCED that some senile, wrinkled geriatric woman is possessing my body. How does a 30 year old, who is a normal weight, eats decent, (okay most of the time) exercises fairly regularly...have so many problems?
Off to pick up some Depends and Bengay! I hope my hubby has a thing for older gals! ;)

Sounds like the cougar within is ready to come out! Not a senile wrinkled geriatric woman! :-) I hope you feel better, anxiety attacks are horrible.

LOL It's called getting old! Not saying you're old....because I have about 15 years on you, but the older you get, the more starts falling apart....for no particular reason sometimes. Hang in there, girl....you're still a young'un. :)
In all seriousness, Im sorry about the anxiety attacks...I can relate. And re: feeling like an old lady, well, "cougars" seem to be all the rage now. ;-)

It's called getting older and it sucks. Just like George Carlin said back in the day "run, eat right, exercise, don't smoke, and die anyway".
Just make sure you don't get the store brand depends, those fuckers leak all the time.

Hang in there. I went through this same thing in my early/mid-thirties. It passes and what lies on the other side is quite amazing! ;)
