Another day of the truth...the whole truth, & nothing but the truth!
Day 08 → Someone who made your life hell, or treated you like shit.
This one is simple--my ex husband. Who managed to break my spirit and try to make me be someone I wasn't. He preyed on naivety & youth...but as we all do, I grew up and...got strong and peaced out. If anything, I've turned it into a positive--by using it as a life experience to teach my kids to never compromise who they are--for ANYONE, ever! So wherever you are--just know you didn't break me, you made me stronger. I'm not afraid of you anymore. You don't pull my strings. Even though I wasted years of my life trying to 'fix' you and bending to be whoever it was you wanted me to...I've emerged on the other side...a strong, confident woman..who knows EXACTLY who I am! :)
