BodyMedia Review

On my never ending journey to have the perfect Barbie body, I've tried many different avenues. Food journals, fad diets, supplements, & meal replacement plans. But nothing has ever been more effective than the good old fashioned healthy eating & exercise route.

So what does this small wonder do and how does it help you get the perfect beach body? I'll tell you. This armband tracks total calories burned, total steps taken, your total physical activity time, as well as sleep duration & efficiency. (Sleep is KEY in not only being healthy in general, but most definitely to your weight loss.) 

 It has an activity manager that helps you set and reach specific goals. Since it is Bluetooth enabled, you can use your smart phone in conjunction with this phenomenal device. BodyMedia FIT Armbands give you the most accurate calorie burn AND it has been clinically proven to help assist in weight loss by three times as much as going at it alone!
