I'll just put it out there on the table. I'm not really a wine sommelier. I don't swish my glass around, or do anything fancy involving my palette. Typically, I just drink it. (Hey, lets just call a spade, a spade.) I couldn't tell you what kind of wine to pair with your fish, or with your cheesecake for that matter.
But I will say that I like to venture beyond boxes of wine & twist off lids.
