When Mr. B proposed to me, we went to the courthouse the next morning and got hitched. I'm sure I've told the story before. My brother & his girlfriend were our witnesses, and I wore hooker boots. Very non-tradish.
I'm insistent that one day we will renew our vows and I'll be wearing this dress. Isn't it gorgeous?
But this post isn't really about me.
My beloved friend Becca, otherwise known as Ducky is trying to win her dream wedding. (Because she's getting hitched to the Irishman, y'all!)
Anyway, David's Bridal will be giving away $2,500 cash to the contest winner. I think Beck deserves to win this. But she has some fierce competition.

You are so awesome!!! I'm all choked up... I would seriously cry but the house is so damn dry I would have to pour water on my face to produce any kind of moisture. Winning this would help SOOOOO much. Irishman sold his car last week to help costs. I told him we didn't need to have a wedding or could wait but he insisted! If we won? ....I won't have to sell any children. Thank you so very very much!!!
